Over the last 15 years, Kim Harris has led strategic transformations for a number of startups, consulting agencies, and large enterprises such as 7-Eleven, Pizza Hut, and Southwest Airlines. Since most of her engagements focus on the delivery of software and professional services, Kim spends most of her time (1) translating market insights into product design and business strategy, and (2) coaching executives & entrepreneurs how to employ those strategies to regain and/or establish competitive advantage. Nevertheless, in all the opportunities Kim has had over her career, she’s always found one thing to be true—she’s truly passionate about serving others, simply for the sake of serving.
